The Biblioteca de OCCA is a community library housing a collection of books written by raza. They include books written in Spanish, English and the  numerous languages of the Americas.

BOCCA will give life to the stories, history, poetry and prose that reflect the experience of raza in the United States through program activities while making books available to the public.

BOCCA promotes reading, writing, learning, and literacy.

The Biblioteca de OCCA will be relocating and will announce the new location soon.
